I have deep roots in the Brook Park/Middleburg Heights Community. I graduated from Midpark High School (and my children), received confirmation from Redeemer Church in Brook Park and was married in the Middleburg Heights Community Church on the Parkway! I worked for a time, for the City of Brook Park, so I know the streets/neighborhoods very well. Over the past 29 years, I have acted as a Listing Agent and/or Buyers Agent for numerous (probably 100's) of complex Real Estate transactions in this area.

When I list a home for my client, I add it to at least 4 dozen Real Estate "search" sites, like Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com. The minute I add it to the MLS system, it's instantly part of the largest and best online site in the world @ REMAX.com. You will see a Virtual Tour of your home on my Facebook business page within 24 hours! I believe an aggressive online presence is crucial to sell your home fast.
I also feel that a Sunday OPEN HOUSE is a very useful tool in selling a home. The best way for buyers to see what you have is to let them see it! I will also host a BROKERS Open House on a Tuesday, to show all REALTOR®s exactly what your house offers. I personally host my own open houses-- I do not ask the "new guy" in the office do them for me, because I am here to represent you and your property and to negotiate the best price and terms for you.
I do not make ridiculous claims to be able to sell your house for 81% more than the other guy--and I won't promise a sale in 24 hours--nor will I offer to buy it for 30% of it's value.
